I recommend this hotel to families and groups, this hotel located in the downtown with very professional staff and excellent facilities.

Everything was great. Location, convenience, close to everything, specious, equipped with everything that we needed for our long stay. In addition a free cleaning service was offered since we had a long stay.

Great location. We booked a superior apartment with city views. When we arrived we had a two bed apartment on the top floor. While it didn’t have the city views as such (but a nice view of rooftops from the velux) the two bedrooms more than made up for it as we only expected one. We were facing the side street so benefitted from it being quieter. Thank goodness. I wouldn’t fancy the rooms facing onto the Main Street as very noisy. The apartment was spotless. Lovely and light too. Handy having the bistro downstairs. Really helpful young lady working the night we got a takeout pizza, and ate in our room as shattered. We had just arrived and she gave me a small amount of milk so could make a tea in the morning . Supermarket and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Negative:
For the price I would have expected some supplies in the fridge such as water and milk as a minimum and perhaps some butter and bread. Rug was looking a bit scruffy. Concierge varied and not always forthcoming with information.

Positive:
Bed is very comfortable, During construction when I stayed. Very Annoying, they compensation breakfast to us.

Negative:
Not 5stars service , its 3 stars , Extreamly too small for 4 person , and if you need clean the room you have to pay it. It's hotel price, but homestay service. Location is good. The rest is normal for me.

They didin‘t clean my apartment during the stay,the carpets in the apartment and outside are dirty.

Eccellente la posizione per visitare tutta la cittá. Arredi nuovi. Contesto buono, pulizia adeguata e gentilezza e cordialità dell’host (tramite messaggi)

Mancanza di piani di appoggio, lavastoviglie non funzionante

Positive:
The main room itself was pretty good with ample storage and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. The bathroom was tinier more specifically, the sink area was tiny. The shower was very good. Larger than average people would struggle in this bathroom.
For us, the place was well placed. We wanted to be near the Moulin Rouge and near a Metro Station to easily get into Paris. The apartment ticked these boxes.

La ubicación

Son apartamentos que alquilan, cuyo precio varía de acuerdo a la ubicación que se pague. Yo pagué por uno con vista a la ciudad de 38 metros por 6 días y me dieron uno interior con vista a una pared de 35 mts. Me dijeron que los apartamentos estaban mal clasificados por Booking (le echan la culpa a Booking) y que al final eran de la misma categoría. Me ofrecieron cambiar por uno con vista a la ciudad después de estar 2 noches en el otro. Les dije que no, pues tenía que ir fuera de la ciudad y no tenía el tiempo disponible para hacer el cambio. Al llegar esa noche me encontré en el apartamento una botella de Proseco de parte de ellos, que no acepte (me pareció un abuso que hayan entrado a la habitación sin mi autorizacion). También me dieron un bono de 30 euros por persona para una cena, que no utilice. En fin, hicieron de todo por mejorar mi experiencia pero lo que yo quería era que reconocieran el error sin echarle la culpa a Booking.
Sobre el apartamento sin vista a la ciudad les puedo decir que es muy pequeño, no tiene mucho espacio para guardar. Caminando por la zona hay mejores opciones para hospedarse. No recomiendo quedarse en este lugar y lo digo por la forma que manejaron el error que cometieron. Nunca lo reconocieron, para ellos la culpa siempre fue de Booking. 😡 Los deberían sacar como opción de hospedaje en Booking.

Foi necessário pedir para arrumar o quarto na nossa estadia , nos 9 dias arrumaram 2x após pedidos , e acharam estranho pois para eles a limpeza seria feito por nós , não tínhamos toalhas !!

Positive:
Beautifully provisioned! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was so well-designed and organized.

Negative:
The boulevard facing bedroom was a bit loud but to be expected. Two suggestions for improvements in the gym: fix the the stationary bicycle and add a d ale.

Parkplatz steht in der Beschreibung aber gehört natürlich nicht dazu wie überraschend nächstes Parkhaus 3 Tage 120 Euro happig aber das ist Paris

Very small and very noisy “micro-apartment”
The staff were confused and our booking was messed up. We were told that we would not have the room we booked and that we would have to change rooms. We were offered a different property. It it was in a different area. We also paid for breakfast to be included. The door codes didn’t work and after we had packed up we were passing by the desk and were told “you don’t have to move”. This happened twice.
The staff were nice and tried to be helpful but communication between shifts was not good.

Excellent location, close to many restaurants, the metro and it was convenient having a Monoprix across the street. The lift was appreciated! Our apartment was spacious and immaculate. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Paris

Negative:
It was noisy and I was initially disappointed that my superior apartment with city view didn’t have a balcony.

No reception or 24 hour security. No television in the bedroom. Located on a busy street so bin collecting glass bottles woke us quite early.
