Positive:
Местоположението е чудесно. Има много приятни заведения в непосретствена близост.

Negative:
Единственото нещо което не ни хареса е шумът от мотриси през нощта. Което е много странно, защото метрото е под земята, а трамвай няма наблизо.

Positive:

Negative:
החדר שהזמנו טריפל 25 מטר היה קטן וצפוף מאוד.לא היה מקום לשים את המזוודות.והיינו זוג עם 2 מזוודות וטרול.צפיפות איומה בחדר. יש מעלית אחת .לצערנו יום אחד המעלית לא עבדה ( התקלקלה ) ונאלצנו לעלות ולרדת ברגל ! זה הקשה עלינו מאוד....ביקשנו שיביאו לנו עוד מגבת ניר .לא היה.

Positive:
Location was great in heart of Marais. Room was clean on arrival.

Negative:
This was not a hotel and should have been described in listing. Had to wait to 4pm sharp to check in. I know 4pm check in, but room was ready very early and he said he would not let us in. There is NO cleaning all week. No towel exchange, no trash removal. No laundry in room as listed. NO balcony as listed. A double bed, not a queen as listed. SOOOO noisy. On busy street. NO reception ... they show up once you sit there awhile. (must have a camera?). Reception not helpful at all, no tips or suggestions. Not even a smile. 4th trip to Paris, worst stay ever.

Positive:
A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a great location. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. Close to Metro station, walking distance to Opera, Galleries Lafayette, many cafes, bars and bistros. Had a small Carrefour supermarket downstairs which was very convenient. Apartment was secure and safe.

Negative:

Positive:
We verbleven op de 5e etage met 3 personen. De ligging was perfect! Daarnaast ruim opgezet. Bedden waren fijn. Ook het terras was super. ‘s avonds een wijntje met wat hapjes. Je hoeft de deur niet meer uit.

Negative:
Helaas kregen wij te horen dat er een stroomstoring zou plaatsvinden vanaf 9:00. We konden toen niet veel meer in het appartement.

Accueil désagréable..sols des couloirs très sales..personnel du petit déjeuner démissionnaire donc obligé d’aller dans les brasseries du quartier prendre le petit déjeuner à leur charge..ai réservé un appartement avec balcon et vue sur la ville ai eu vue sur cour intérieure et vis a vis direct

The room I have chosen ,wasn’t offered to me !

Spacious with well-equipped property including bidet in the toilet (as an Asian, this is the most favorite thing) and very clean space
Safe and excellent location to all Paris landmarks by foot

Everything!! Room 603 is incredible in any way. Clean, modern, perfectly lit, great view, very helpful and courteous staff! Thank you all for your service and a real homely feeling

Geachte heer/mevrouw,
Onlangs arriveerde ik samen met mijn gezin na een autoreis van vijf uur bij uw hotel. Tijdens het online boeken had ik specifiek aangegeven dat er een kinderbedje klaar moest staan op de kamer, aangezien wij met onze dochter van 1 jaar reisden. Bij aankomst bleek er echter geen kinderbedje aanwezig te zijn en was er bovendien geen personeel meer aanwezig om dit alsnog te regelen.
Mijn dochter had hierdoor geen geschikte slaapplaats, wat onze eerste indruk van het hotel direct ernstig negatief beïnvloedde.
De volgende ochtend sprak ik een medewerker aan om te vragen waarom het kinderbedje niet klaarstond. Hij gaf aan dat hij zo terug zou komen. Toen hij terugkwam, zette hij het ingeklapte bedje in de gang naast mijn hotelkamer neer, samen met het matras – los – ernaast. Hij was vervolgens van plan weer weg te lopen.
Ik vroeg hem of hij het bedje niet voor ons kon opzetten en of hij ook lakens had, zodat ik mijn dochter kon toedekken. Hierop is hij niet teruggekomen. Later op de avond trof ik het beddengoed onaangeroerd aan op het bureau bij de receptie.
Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slechte service meegemaakt, zeker niet in een hotel dat zichzelf als viersterrenhotel presenteert.
Bij deze wil ik dan ook officieel een klacht indienen over deze gang van zaken. Ik verwacht op zijn minst een passende reactie en compensatie voor de ongemakken die wij hebben ervaren.

Great location, clean, quiet (but close to the plaza Puerta del Sol, so lots of pedestrians in the area, which we liked despite some noise).

Negative:
No breakfast service, but there are many places to eat nearby.

Great location, good decor and maintenance

Extra charges for usual things eg additional coffee pods, change of towels- made sure not to need these as should be included as this price point.
No mirror in the apartments. No choice re: loft or terrace location

Positive:
L'emplacement, la taille, le confort et la propreté de l'appartement.

Negative:
Lors de notre séjour, il y avait des travaux extrêmement bruyants durant la journée. Renseignez-vous à l'avance si vous comptez travailler ou prendre des appels durant votre séjour.

Positive:
We really injoyed the location. Lots of cafes and resturants in the area.
Metro station realy close to the hotel.
The room was very modern.
The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to preper breakfast.

We had 2 teenagers and I was affraid from the sofa bed.
They said the bed was really comfy and spacious ( I think even king size)

Negative:
The bath was very small and there were no hanggers for the towels.

Positive:

Apartment hatte eine ganz neue Küche mit sauberem Toaster und Wasserkocher sowie schönes Geschirr inklusive Töpfe und einen großen Kühlschrank. Perfekt

Negative:
Es war zunächst nicht klar wo man den Müll hinbringen soll

Después de una horrible experiencia con el "Champs Elysees Apartment 4" que habíamos reservado y el dueño nos marcó nuestra tarjeta de crédito como nula para obligarnos a cancelar la reserva con el miedo de que ya tiene los datos de tu tarjeta y además horas antes de hacer la entrada siendo una familia con una niña de 6 años y viendo que no tienes donde alojarte en una ciudad que no conoces. Encontrar este alojamiento fue lo mejor que nos pasó. Está todo nuevo, bonito y muy limpio. Se nota que las instalaciones tienen buenas calidades en todo. Muy buena ubicación.
