Positive:
The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We liked that the bathrooms had jet sprays. I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Haseeba for the outstanding service and professionalism she demonstrated during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Haseeba made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and proactive approach to guest service.

Good location as a base to explore Paris.

Missing some items in kitchen: no cloth to dry dishes
Some issues with front door to the apartment, had to leave it open and keep inside door locked.
renovations were occuring in the stairwell of the building, noisy and a bit inconvenient.

Rooms are VERY small and not for a family.

Positive:
The aparthotel is located in the More district, a bit further from the center. The area feels safe and quiet. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and has everything you might need — kitchen, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. There is also an elevator, so even if your room is on the upper floors, it’s not a problem. Soundproof was super. Overall, everything was good, and I can recommend it.

Negative:
Breakfasts are just okay — fine for 1–2 nights, but if you stay longer, they become boring and not really enough, quite basic. There is also a €30 security deposit that is non-refundable, or you can choose not to pay it but then they warn you about some risks, which feels uncomfort

Onze studio was helemaal vernieuwd. Zag er sfeervol uit en heel goed onderhouden.

Positive:
It was super clean. I had an apartment on a higher floor with a balcony and a view of a plane tree. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the water super hot. The staff were extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and accommodative of every request. There is a conveniently located bistro at the ground level that is open late so if you are returning late there is still always something to eat and drink available.

Nothing at all.

The room was clean, close to attractions. Even had a private balcony with seats off the bedroom.

The location was just perfect and the room really Parisian style. Breakfast was great and so tasty

Negative:
I would suggest to add at least one more person helping for the breakfast, because having one only serving, cleaning, cooking and taking orders, it creates delays. Also, bathroom can be cleaned a bit better

The atmosphere in the room. It was not cosy and the lights are terrible. It’s impersonal and I didn’t like it.

Negative:
Very bad experience – a complete scam and misleading advertising. The property claims to be a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it is only serviced apartments that don’t even deserve one star. The apartment was much smaller than advertised, and the management’s attitude was unprofessional, refusing to provide any solution or compensation. Even worse, repair tools and maintenance works were placed right in front of our apartment door, disturbing our stay and showing how poorly the place is managed. Photos attached as proof. Strongly advise against booking here.

Clean, spacious, great location! Also, they have a free to use laundry.
Kitchen is well stocked with clean and premium utensils and pans. Love the keyless entry which made it easy to navigate entry to the hotel and room.

First apartment we were given had a lot of construction noise during the morning. We had a baby under 1 who naps during the day but the staff were really reasonable and relocated us into another room.

Positive:
Beautiful boutique property. Impeccably maintained and wonderfully designed. Not a scratch or luggage scuff anywhere. The in room kitchen made it so convenient to buy food at the Monoprix across the street. The relied view out to the street and the balcony table and chairs completed the Paris experience.

Negative:
You can check in, stay, check out and never see anyone. It is all automated through online check in, text messaging and email. I didn’t see a single employee the whole trip. I imagine it does cut down on costs. But it was strange to never interact with anyone. That said it worked perfectly. I still gave it a 10.

L’appartamento molto bello, la posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i posti più interessanti di Parigi con la metro sotto casa. Un supermarket di fronte a casa, utile per ogni necessità. Lo staff gentilissimo. Il bistrot Sicilia al piano terra, molto buono
