Need salt n pepper. Indication of how to use appliances. Just leave instructions come either appliance. Needed more toilet paper. Was construction was going on so scaffolding were front of entrance n dusty n Should mention it when booking.

I like that the facility straight up gives you multiple bath amenities and gladly offer umbrella if you need them. I also like the complete appliances in the kitchenette. They have a job, dishwasher , oven and a big fridge even for the queen size room. The location is super near the Chantelle’s Les Halle if easy transfer is your top priority. It’s walkable to and fro Le Marais area. the staff at the counter and breakfast service are also very helpful.

Negative:
Although I appreciate the balcony very much the room being very approximately to the street means you may have disturbed night sleep as police, cars and ambulance noises are very frequent even in the early morning. also they have separate fees that we unexpired and daily cleaning comes at a price, not their standard (included in the price)

Our suite was stunning with great views over the street. It was incredibly clean and beautifully furnished. All staff was lovely friendly and very helpful. It was in a fantastic location

It was really dirty! Especially the bathroom. Honestly, I haven't felt this disgusting in a long time. The toilet wasn't clean and smelled like it, the hand basin and the stove it sat on were filthy. Not to mention the baseboards and ledges that were everywhere—they were covered in dust. The bathroom door was streaked, and there was hair on the floor. The cabinets were full of dust that had never been cleaned. I wrote to the hotel in advance that we would have a stroller, but they ended up giving us the smallest room, and the stroller didn't fit in there. Of course, no one responded to my letter. In addition, the radiator in the bathroom where you can dry towels didn't work, and even after I asked, they never turned it on. As a result, they were constantly damp.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sauber, einfach eingerichtet, genug Platz für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 ältere Kinder). Betten bequem (genügend Kissen). Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt an der Metrostation, sehr zentral. Tolles Quartier. Frühstück gut. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einmal war das Frühstück nicht aufgefüllt, kein Brot mehr da.

We liked that friendly staff who were available at the desk downstairs to help us (particularly Venus). It was easy to find the location and check in. The room was clean, loads of towels and toiletries, well equipped kitchenette, nice light, comfy bed, lots of pillows, good storage with safe,

Negative:
This is a very noisy location. In order to block out the noise at night we either had to sleep with noise canceling headphones or keep the windows shut. When we kept the windows shut the room became very hot. This greatlly impacted our stay.
