Bradzo miły personel, niewielki hotel ale świetne miejsce. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Positive:
Le petit déj est correct, servi avec attention par le personnel du café-restaurant d'à côté, mais vendu à un tarif exagéré !

Negative:
Chambre initialement attribuée en rdc, sombre, tringle à rideaux décrochée : on change pour une chambre au 2 ème : escalier en piteux état, limite dangereux . Pour le départ, on met notre valise au "luggageroom" , accès à code. Au moment de récupérer la valise le code est inopérant, personne à la réception, personne au téléphone censé répondre : au final valise récupérée in extrémis grâce à une personne de l'immeuble. Travaux en cours dans la cour où donne la chambre , bruits dès 7h30 ....

One-bedroom was spacious and well-equipped. Location was great. Staff was very helpful.

El departamento estaba impecable y limpio , muy pequeño para 5 personas pero cumple la función ya que uno de la pasa en la calle
La cocina mini pero muy completa y la limpieza impecable
Súper práctica la opción de lavarropas y secadora en el subsuelo en la cual te ofrecen jabón en forma gratuita
Como estuvimos varios días nos ofrecieron gratuitamente un servicio de limpieza en la mitad de la estadía ya que no lo tiene incluido como opción ,situación que nos vino bien para reponer toallas
La zona es tranquila un poco bohemia y está relativamente cerca de todo, tenes muchos bares y resto cerca y un súper carefour a pocas cuadras eso facilita bastante

No me gustó el ingreso ya que cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos y sólo se ingresa con un código que te envían una vez que realizar el check in y nos llevó un rato ya que no nos funcionaba la conexión de internet lo que generó que estemos con todas las valijas en la puerta
Y ya que no tenes servicio de limpieza diario ni cada dos días deberían dejar una escoba y una palita como mínimo en cada dpto como para que uno pueda hacer la limpieza

المكان جديد و نظيف و مرتب لكن الشقه تعتبر صغيره ر لكن تفي باكامل احتياجك و الادوات كلها موجوده و نظيفه و امنه للعائلات
لكن الموقع يعتبر بعيد شوي عن الاماكن السياحيه لكن تقدرون تروحون بالسياره بس تاخذون احتياطاتكم ان مافي مواقف
لكن الشقه جميله و تستاهل

The best part about the stay was how warn and welcoming the staff was. From the front desk staff to the people behind the email and whatsup communications, everyone was second to non. They absolutely went the extra mile to make sure we have our needs met and did thier best to make sure the stay is the best possible experience, a million thanks to all of you.
The location of the hotel was amazing, very close to shopping, tens of restaurants and a groceries store. The apartment itself also exceeded our expectations, it had everything one needs in an "apartment" setting, absolutely everything.

Negative:
I had 2 apartments booked, one was in the old building and one in the new building, it was not possible to have us both in the new building which was our preference. The apartment in the new building was a little small, wherewas in the old building the apartment itself was excellent however the entrance, the elevator and the hallway need renovation. That being said, I didnt know this was the setup, so I wont blame the staff for this confusion. Again, they were amazing and tried to meet our needs, however it was not possible due to other customers commitments. (side note, the new building is more suited for people with mobility aid, the old one can be challenging).

Negative:
Unfortunately, the apartments are poorly soundproofed and we were kept awake by our neighbors for hours at night.

Positive:
Prachtige studio van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik houd van deze stijl. Locatie is super! Restaurants, winkeltjes en metro in de buurt. Bed lag goed en de douche was heerlijk.

Negative:
Wij sliepen op de 2e verdieping en ‘s avonds kwam er wel eens een rooklucht of etenslucht de kamer in. Door de kieren bij de deur waarschijnlijk, handdoekje opgerold en ervoor gelegd. En het blijft lastig om geluiddicht te zijn bij zo’n drukke straat natuurlijk. De eerste nacht was wennen aan de toeterende auto’s of sirenes, maar de tweede nacht ging al beter. Het ligt er ook aan of je een lichte slaper bent of niet natuurlijk.

Positive:
The location was great.

Negative:
We wetr staying for 6 night, no cleaning for the room, they said if it's 7 nights, we will clean it.
I pad extra and we schedule the cleaning, however, the miss the date because they are busy. And they clean it two days before we leave.

The biggest problem that their lock door, was not working by code and their employee know that.
We were stuck at night with my little kid outside the hotel when we come back at night.
It was cold, and Unsafe.
We connected the call center, they keep forwarding my calll from an employee to other without solving the problem, until one guest by chance go down to the reception area and she open the door for us from inside.

Positive:
Nice cozy and clean apartment, with a great location.

Negative:
View from the windows. Every day at 4-5 in the morning someone was making a lot of noise (I don't know what), maybe because there is a restaurant downstairs.

Positive:
Alles prima. Kamer 101 aan de kleine kant.

Positive:
The location is good and easy access to most of landmark in Paris.
The room is spacious for 4 people.
Washington machine and simple kitchen for cooking.

Negative:
The corridor is dark and very old.

Positive:
The location was perfect — close to the metro station and in a great neighborhood

Negative:
The bathroom was super small, and it is better to have daily room service

Positive:
Tout est impeccable ! Tout est neuf et très propre. Il y a la climatisation. Le personnel est charmant. en tout cas merci vous m’avez réconcilié avec les appartements location courte durée.

Negative:
Seul petit bémol il manque une patère pour les serviettes et il manque un bras pour la télévision afin de pouvoir regarder la tv dans le lit … mais c’est vraiment pour être au top à 100 pour cent

Positive:
Perfect location, nice and large rooms, well equipped kitchen.

Negative:
Poor breakfast - small selection and little quantity available. We often had to wait several minutes to get something, because the plates were almost empty. No milk alternatives offered for coffee.

Positive:
The location, staff responsiveness and facility.

Negative:
The corridors carpet on the first floor needs replacement as it is giving bad image for the facility. Cleaning of apartments is not included and upon request with additional charges. I think cleaning should be at least every other day.
