Positive:
Friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere, and the room size was good for Paris. The room was clean and beds super comfortable even the sofa bed. The location was ideal—just a short walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Negative:
It’s a a small hotel so the reception area is just a desk and two chairs which felt a little bit limited but they have a luggage room.

Positive:
Location was great and the room was very well finished and had everything we needed. Great kitchen facilities, modern and the little balcony was a real added bonus. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

Very comfortable beds including the sofa bed. Apartment is small but that is to be expected in Paris. We really enjoyed the location and found it very easy for public transport, restaurants, boulangeries etc. Staff were very helpful when I realised I had left a personal item behind after checking out. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Caro para o que oferece.
Para limpeza, troca de roupas e toalhas é preciso pagar valor extra alto.
Escada perigosa para idosos.
Café da manhã caro e demorado ( só tem uma pessoa para fazer e atender): 25 euros para pão, 2 xícaras de café, ovos cozidos ou omelete.

The rooms are modern, spacious and clean.

Negative:
It does not feel like proper 5-star hotel. More like a good 4, where you mostly don’t need the reception.

عدم وجود خدمة التنظيف اليومي ولكن متوفرة بمقابل اذا احببت

السعر مرتفع ووجود قيمة بمبلغ 100 يورو للتنظيف عند الخروج محسوبة مع المبلغ الاجمالي

يجب عمل تشيك ان اون لاين قبل الوصول عبر رابط يرسل للايميل
الدخول 4 عصرا والخروج 11 صباحا

يجب الاختيار بين دفع مبلغ مقدم مسترجع تحسبا لاي ضرر بالغرفة او شراء تامين مقطوع بمبلغ 30 يورو

Tesisin konumu çok iyi idi . Ulaşım araçlarına yakınlığı bizim gezimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı. Odamız temiz ve ferahtı. Odamızda ihtiyacımızı karsilayabilecek mutfak ve ekipmanları vardı.
Konakladigımiz esnada dışarıdan gelen sesten etkilenmedik. Otelin ses yalıtımı iyi idi.
Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Ayrıca oldukça yardımseverlerdi. Merak ettiğimiz, anlamadığımız konularda bize yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı iyi idi. Servis personelleri güleryüzlü idi.

Location. 5 min walk to Madeline, Opera or Auber. One block from Supermarket. Great AC ( heat wave- one of main reasons we stayed here) and free laundry and small gym. Great linens, toiletries and beds including the pullout couch. Well equipped kitchen. Nice patio.

Negative:
Unit did not match the photos ( the photos specifically showed after our booking). Photos specifically showed 6th floor. Ours was 2nd floor. Floorplan did not match the one in the description. Our unit square footage included a *very long hallway, and pullout couch took up entire space when opened. Inquired at desk and employee was kind and helpful, but said no other unit or upgrade was available. Also: giant satins on carpet in hallway of second floor. People smoking -so not great for sitting on our patio or leaving the doors open for fresh air.

Perfect location, multiple metro lines and RER in close proximity. Easy access to the room and property. Very helpful staff and quickly responsive to any queries 24/7. Very comfortable apartment and everything you need for a stay. We spent a week there and it felt like home.
I'm very happy with this property, management team and the staff and will come back again. There also other managed properties by Quartier Libre in town, which I personally will also consider. Highly recommended.

Positive:
The property was well positioned with easy access to shops & public transport. The apt was lovely and very comfortable. All the furnishing was to high standard. Great communication.

Negative:
The overly long list of how much each item would cost if it was damaged. There were a lot of add ons and disclaimers and whole raft of things that frankly was hard to keep up. In that respect I’d probably would opt for a hotel where it’s a bit more straightforward.

Good terrace in my room. Location is amazing.
